Please see below a summary of some of the more substantial changes in our standard terms and conditions. The list below is only meant to provide an outline of the major changes to help you understand and navigate the changes better, and is not intended to be used as a substitute for reading the modified Terms and Conditions. - We have added a definition clause as Clause 2 of the new Agreement to make navigating the contract easier for everybody;
- Clause 3.10 specifically goes over things the agreement and service do not authorize the client to do such as;
a. Use the Service for any purpose not stated in the Agreement or the Service Package;
b. Rent,lease, sell, distribute or transfer the right to use the Service Subscription;
c. Upload any unlawful or particularly immoral things, or harmful code on to the Services;
d. Try to discover the code or source code - We now no longer provide the NeuroVision service for support. Instead we have designated Onboarding/Success Managers who will respond to any queries asked. We have gone over their role in Clause 5;
- We have added an indemnification clause as Clause 8, which goes over actions for which we stand indemnified;
- We have added a confidentiality/non-disclosure clause as Clause 13, which not only goes over confidentiality, but also where information may not be taken ascon fidential; and
- We have mentioned an amendments clause, and also what happens in the case ofcustom terms added into the agreement.
